So look, I'll keep this super short and sweet. The only thing I ask is you read this page thoroughly.

The purpose of this page is NOT to try and convince you to stick around.

I do however want to share a few important things that you DO need to know before the door slams shut.

Quite frankly, I would hate for anything to get lost in communication as we off-board you as a Fitness Marketing Agency client.

That’s why we created this page so you have everything you need to know in one place.

So by now, you should have received a date for when your Membership ends to Fitness Marketing Agency. This is the day that your access will be lost.

Let me share a brief breakdown of the features you’ll not have access to when your subscription finishes:

Fitness Marketing Agency’s Intellectual Property (IP)

When you joined Fitness Marketing Agency you singed T&C’s to license our IP. With that IP you’ve made multiple thousands in revenue and new client acquisitions. That IP consists of copy, creative ideas, marketing funnels, marketing material, and belongs directly to Fitness Marketing Agency, it is only available to paying clients. By leaving UpLevel and Fitness Marketing Agency you forfeit the right to use our license material or re-create it. You wouldn’t let someone join your Fitness Business and take the equipment home that they’ve been using if they decide to leave, it’s the same for us at Fitness Marketing Agency, you’ll lose access to the 20+ money-making campaigns we have, and material.

Copyright & Restrictions

1.1 All information, literature, handouts, strategies, images, digital creatives, products, systems and other items from time to time introduced and provided to you by Fitness Marketing Agency, especially, but not restricted to The UpLevel Programme, remain the sole property of Fitness Marketing Agency and may not be reproduced, reused, duplicated or transmitted in any form whatsoever, except as in Clause 1.2

1.2 You may use, with our express permission, the materials we provide to you for the purposes of marketing your business, as long as you remain a paying customer and your account is in good standing. Should you choose to leave the Programme or your Membership is terminated in accordance with Clause 6 below, you will cease to have permission to access or use those materials in Clause 1.1 or any of our proprietary or intellectual property in any form whatsoever.

1.3 Unauthorised use or reproduction of such materials or proprietary or intellectual property will result in legal action.

Fitness Marketing Agency Portal
Our Vault of IP, information products, and recordings will no longer be accessible, along with curriculum, worksheets, fill-in-the-blank templates, cheat sheets, and custom tools.

The FMA ‘Closer’ System is the Customer Relationship Management software that your leads get dripped into.

It gives you the power to auto-dial out at speed as well as track and systemise all of your leads under one roof.

You know the exact journey all of your leads are on with the different pipelines you have in place.

The FMA ‘Closer’ System should be priced around £97 to £147 a month, but all Fitness Marketing Agency clients get this free. You will lose access to the closer system if you decide to leave Fitness Marketing Agency.

You will not be permitted to attend the Weekly calls. You will no longer have access to the past recordings.

Member Concierge
You will no longer receive email support via [email protected] for help with campaigns, automations, funnels, copy and instructions on what to do if your ad account gets banned by Facebook. This includes any outstanding requests.

That covers everything you need to know but there are a few questions I get on the rare occasion someone is leaving us...

What’s The Deal With Re-Entering The Group?

Well, the simple answer is you can't . To protect the integrity of the UpLevel group we don’t allow past Members in their current business to pause and rejoin. This is with the exception of any special circumstances that I have personally pre-approved.

If I’m Approved What Is The Investment To Rejoin As A Different Business?

As you probably know the investment to join UpLevel increases each year. If you are approved to rejoin this will be at the current rate, not at a previous lower rate or under a grandfathered discount you have right now.

The current investment to join UpLevel today as I write this is £12k annually. If you are paying less right now, lucky you! But you will lose this discount going forwards when you leave.

Cool... you don't have to do anything. We'll take care of your cancellation and make sure you're not billed past your exit date and your access will be removed.
